What does the assistant know about my listings?
Only what you give it: the listing details, prices and photos you approve. It answers only from your listings.
Does it schedule viewings on its own?
No. It never schedules viewings or commits to prices on its own. Viewing requests, offers, questions it can't answer and what the lead is looking for all reach you with a summary, and you decide.
What if a lead asks about a detail that isn't in the listing?
It says it doesn't have that detail and passes the question to you. It never makes up an answer.
Will my clients know it's an assistant?
If they ask, it answers honestly that it's your office's digital assistant, and that they can also reach you directly.
Can I take over a conversation?
Yes. When a lead needs you, you get a summary with a direct WhatsApp link and continue the conversation yourself.
Do I lose my WhatsApp number or chat history?
No. You keep your number and your chats. The assistant usually gets its own WhatsApp number, which you publish in your ads. Moving your existing number to the assistant is also possible, and we'll go over the pros and cons together.
How much does it cost?
